On December 13, 2023, the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) and the Innovation, Technology, and Industry Bureau of the Hong Kong SAR (ITIBHK) jointly announced the Implementation Guidelines for the Standard Contract for Cross-Border Flow of Personal Information within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Recently, the Chongqing courts released the top ten exemplary cases of judicial protection of intellectual property rights for 2022.
