Before September 13^th, 2019, Chang Tsi & Partners was honored to invite more than 20 members of 21^st Young Lawyers Training Camp of All China Lawyers Association (ACLA) to visit the Beijing Office. Managing Partner Simon Tsi and Partner Yan Gao extended their welcome and greetings to the visitors, had a seminar with them about the industrial development and legal practice in their respective fields, and looked forward to future cooperation and development.

During the seminar, Mr. Tsi shared with the attendants the development process, core competitiveness, market orientation and differentiated competitiveness strategy, control mechanism and service experience, and firm culture of Chang Tsi & Partners. Meanwhile, Mr. Tsi encouraged and expected every young lawyer to make more contributions to Chinese legal progress. The directors and partners from law firms in Beijing, Shanghai, Hebei, Henan, Jiangxi, Hainan and other provincial administrative regions thought highly of the office environment, firm culture and humanistic care of Chang Tsi& Partners. They were impressed by the outstanding contributions made by Chang Tsi & Partners in helping Chinese high-tech enterprises to take part in the international competition.

The year of 2019 witnessed the 70^th anniversary of the founding of the PRC, as well as the 40^th anniversary of the restoration of China`s layer system. This is a critical age for young Chinese lawyers because they have to face the new opportunities, challenges and difficulties. Every of them is required to be capable of adapting to changes, be courageous in handling difficulties and be confident about solving problems.
