From May 2–6, 2026, Chang Tsi & Partners participated in the 148th INTA Annual Meeting in London, engaging with nearly 10,000 IP professionals from around the world. The firm’s delegation joined high-level discussions with multinational corporate counsel, international law firm partners, and IP experts, highlighting China’s evolving IP landscape.
At the “China Case Law Update” Session, Partner Tracy Shen shared key judicial trends in trademark protection, including punitive damages, bad-faith filings, and the integration of administrative and judicial enforcement, offering international audiences’ practical insights into China’s trademark system.
