The Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia (IPTA) is the peak professional body representing Australian patent and trade mark attorneys with over 900 Members from all over the world.
At the invitation of IPTA, Spring Chang, Partner of Chang Tsi & Partners presented at the seminar of“Changes of Chinese Trademark Laws and Practices", delivering a lecture on Changes of Chinese Trademark Laws and Practices.
The lecture mainly focuses on the development and landscape of China's trademark practice, as well as the 2023 Exposure Drafts of China Trademark Law. For the former part, Spring Chang introduced China's trademarket market and legislation, providing insights into the strategies and the overview of China's trademark laws. As for the latter, Spring Chang emphasized the important articles in the 2023 Exposure Drafts of China Trademark Law, explaining their significance and application.
More than 200 people attended the seminar, and the lecture delivered by Spring Chang was highly appraised. Participants had actively exchanged inspiring thoughts and expressed great interests in China's trademark law.
