The China National Intellectual Property Administration (the CNIPA) has recently changed its attitude to Letters of Consent (LoC) specifically by  being reluctant to accept Letters of Consent (LoC) for future cases. However, this policy has not been confirmed by the courts at current stage. As a result, we suggest you consult with your attorneys from Chang Tsi & Partners if this might apply to your cases.

Please note that 2 November 2021 has been declared as Public Holiday by Macao Government. Therefore, Economic and Technological Development Bureau of Macao, as well as our Macao office will be closed during this period. All deadlines falling on a holiday will be automatically extended.
