This luncheon was more than just a culinary feast; it was an event for intellectual collaboration and exchange.

We invited senior mentors and exemplary employees from various departments to share their growth stories at Chang Tsi. Each story was filled with struggle and passion, motivating every colleague present.

Attorney Nana Zhang, with her speech titled "Growth at Chang Tsi," recounted her career development journey at the firm. She shared how she continually improved herself amid challenges and expressed high hopes for the new generation of young lawyers, encouraging them to boldly pursue their dreams and steadfastly move forward.

Following this, Chief Operating Officer Mr. Qin Jian delivered an inspiring speech on career goals. Using his own professional experience as an example, he encouraged everyone to set clear career goals, especially short-term ones, and to strive relentlessly towards them. He emphasized that only by building a solid foundation can one move forward more firmly.

Managing Partner Ms. Spring Chang, with the theme "Pursuit of Excellence," shared her insights and relentless quest for excellence in her career. She reflected on the hardships and challenges of her early career, illustrating how to persist in belief and continually improve oneself in the face of adversity. Ms. Chang underscored the importance of precision and continuous learning in the legal industry. Drawing from her years of accumulated experience and wisdom, she urged young lawyers to courageously pursue excellence and never stop. Her speech, brimming with wisdom and enthusiasm, deeply moved everyone present. Particularly, Ms. Chang highlighted the term "resilience," stressing that in the legal industry, resilience helps lawyers maintain a clear mind and firm conviction in a complex and ever-changing environment, unaffected by external distractions.

The New Talents Orientation Class is a growth accelerator tailored for the new graduates of the class of 2024. The event was filled with youthful vigor and endless possibilities. We invited two outstanding employee representatives to share practical tips and good work habits. Through vivid case studies and practical demonstrations, they showed new employees how to utilize resources around them to improve work efficiency and how to cultivate good work habits to maintain an efficient and healthy work state.
