Event Overview:

With the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, countries are facing a series of new legal and regulatory challenges that transcend national boundaries. The swift escalation and widespread application of AI technologies have raised numerous thorny issues in areas such as privacy protection, liability determination, intellectual property rights, market transformation, content moderation, the future of the legal profession, and cross-border data exchange. Regulatory decisions made by countries not only have far-reaching impacts within their own borders but may also cause significant externalities and spillover effects on other nations.

In the global digital economy, the international community needs to take a comprehensive look at AI governance and regulation through a transnational and comparative lens. This seminar dissects the key elements affecting AI regulation, examining the legal, social, and political factors from various regions around the world. It aims to provide valuable insights into the global regulatory environment and to work towards a more effective and mutually compatible framework to safeguard reliable innovation and good governance of AI technologies.

Chang Tsi & Partners not only demonstrated its profound expertise and leadership in the field of artificial intelligence law but also fostered deep exchanges and collaborations among industry experts through this international symposium.
