Recently, the Beijing Patent Attorneys Association announced the results of the 2023 Patent Agency Rating, with Chang Tsi & Partners being awarded the highest 'AAAAA Level' rating. Evaluation is based on the completeness of materials submitted by agencies. Following expert scoring and approval by the Industry Evaluation Committee, the results were presented to the Standing Council for final confirmation, with 51 agencies rated in total: 24 at the AAAAA level, 15 at the AAAA level, 9 at the AAA level, and 3 at the AA level.
