The China National Intellectual Property Administration (the CNIPA) has recently changed its attitude to Letters of Consent (LoC) specifically by being reluctant to accept Letters of Consent (LoC) for future cases. China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) has recently issued an official notice that all trademark registration certificates will be issued electronically and online from 1 January 2022.
