According to the statistics of CHATM.com, 27,490 opposition filed from January 1 to April 14, 2020 have been decided by China Trademark Office, of which 26,636 oppositions were filed through agencies. 10,583 oppositions were justified or partially justified by China Trademark Office, taking a proportion 39.73%, which shows the average success rate.
