On December 13, 2023, the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) and the Innovation, Technology, and Industry Bureau of the Hong Kong SAR (ITIBHK) jointly announced the Implementation Guidelines for the Standard Contract for Cross-Border Flow of Personal Information within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. This guideline is a follow-up to the June Memorandum of Cooperation and aims to streamline and clarify regulations for cross-border personal data flow.

Recently, the Chongqing courts released the top ten exemplary cases of judicial protection of intellectual property rights for 2022. Among them is the retrial case of Chen's crime of selling goods with counterfeit registered trademarks, represented by Chang Tsi & Partners.
