On December 13, 2023, the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) and the Innovation, Technology, and Industry Bureau of the Hong Kong SAR (ITIBHK) jointly announced the Implementation Guidelines for the Standard Contract for Cross-Border Flow of Personal Information within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. This guideline is a follow-up to the June Memorandum of Cooperation and aims to streamline and clarify regulations for cross-border personal data flow.

Recently, the Chongqing courts released the top ten exemplary cases of judicial protection of intellectual property rights for 2022. Among them is the retrial case of Chen's crime of selling goods with counterfeit registered trademarks, represented by Chang Tsi & Partners. On April 25, the Fujian Provincial Higher People's Court held a press conference on the judicial protection of intellectual property rights, releasing the 2021 White Paper on the Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property Rights by Fujian Courts and the top ten exemplary cases of judicial protection of intellectual property rights. The China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) has announced the top ten patent reexamination and invalidation cases of 2022, including the invalidation case of the design patent named "Automobile", which was handled by Chang Tsi & Partners.
