Representative  Cases

  • Represented an airline company in the civil lawsuit over trademark infringement and unfair competition disputes against a liquor company in Guizhou and the other two defendants, achieved favorable judgments in the first instance, the second instance and retrial, successfully established the recognition of a well-known trademark in the lawsuit and secured damages of CNY 2.21 million. This case was selected as one of the top ten intellectual property typical cases of 2024 by the Jinan Intermediate Court.

  • In a civil lawsuit for unfair competition, represented the plaintiff and successfully achieved a favorable judgment and secured damages of CNY 10,300,000.

  • Represented HBI Brand Apparel Limited, Inc. over trademark infringement and unfair competition disputes against a clothing company in Quanzhou and the other nine defendants, successfully resolved the case through mediation, achieved a complete cessation of infringement and secured substantial compensation.

  • Represented Zhuozhou Changxing New Material Technology Co., Ltd. over unfair competition dispute against a new material company in Wuhan and the other three defendants, successfully persuaded the first and second instance courts to recognize the product name, packaging and decoration with a certain influence and awarded damages of CNY 800,000.

  • Represented Luoyang Ruiguang Movie-TV Optic-Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. over unfair competition dispute against an electronics company in Shenzhen and the other two defendants, successfully persuaded the first instance court to recognize the product packaging and decoration with a certain influence and awarded damages of CNY 500,000.

  • Represented Baidu in a civil lawsuit against an individual and the other one defendant for unfair competition over domain names, successfully recovered the domain name that had been preemptively registered for many years and secured damages. 

  • Provided legal services to multiple enterprises at home and abroad regarding IP protection strategies, IP transactions, IP due diligence, and IP enforcement strategies, successfully curtailed infringement through civil, administrative, and/or criminal actions.
