  • Represented a world-renowned architectural design firm in a trademark infringement and unfair competition dispute. The court applied punitive damages at first instance and awarded nearly RMB 9 million in damages, while also issuing an injunction prohibiting the defendant from continuing malicious trademark filings and abuse of administrative procedures.
  • Represented a well-known insole manufacturer in actions against counterfeiting and infringement. The court awarded punitive damages at one time the actual loss, totaling nearly RMB 2.6 million, and held the core infringers liable, achieving a comprehensive victory for the client.
  • Represented a U.S.-based analytics software company in negotiations with a Chinese enterprise concerning global trademark coexistence, leading the drafting, execution, and implementation of the coexistence agreement.
  • Represented a leading U.S. e-commerce company in trademark negotiations and successfully acquired a key trademark from a domestic registrant at a commercially favorable price within a short timeframe, clearing major obstacles for the client’s well-known smart speaker brand to enter the Chinese market. In related administrative litigation, successfully assisted the client in securing the corresponding trademark rights.
  • Represented a globally recognized architectural design firm in multiple administrative litigation proceedings, where the client’s brand was repeatedly recognized as a well-known trademark. Through cross-class protection, successfully invalidated infringing trademarks filed in bad faith, thereby safeguarding the client’s market interests to the greatest extent possible.
  • Represented multiple clients in applying for retrial proceedings before the Supreme People’s Court of China and the Beijing High People’s Court in trademark administrative litigation matters.
  • Represented a client in applying to the Beijing People’s Procuratorate for prosecutorial supervision in a trademark cancellation case.
  • Represented a well-known U.S. talcum powder brand whose trademark had been preemptively registered in China without actual commercial use. By notarizing online evidence to establish prior rights, successfully removed the bad-faith registration through opposition and invalidation proceedings and secured trademark registration for the client.
  • Represented a global automotive parts supplier in administrative complaints against trademark infringement, resulting in enforcement actions and penalty decisions issued by market supervision authorities. Further assisted the client by issuing attorney’s letters regarding infringing profits and production sources, successfully obtaining key information and compensation.
  • Represented a Hungarian medical device company in connection with the early termination of IP authorization/licensing arrangements with a Chinese company, initiating a combination of actions including copyright infringement and unfair competition litigation, domain name dispute arbitration, and trademark invalidation proceedings to protect the client’s intellectual property rights in China.
