Notice on Reducing Charge Standard for Some Administrative and Institutional Fees jointly released by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and Ministry of Finance (MOF) on August 2nd, 2013 goes into effect on October 1st, 2013.
The charge standard of 20 administrative and institutional fees for 14 departments is reduced.
The Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry & Commerce made the announcement on its official website on October 8th, 2013 that the official fee for a  trademark application (up to 10 items) will be reduced to CNY 800 from the previous CNY 1,000, and the additional fee for each extra item exceeding ten is also reduced from CNY 10,000 to CNY 800. The charge standard for electronic fillings  shall still be subject to current relevant regulations as are practiced to date.
