Mr. Zhanglei Yan is a dual licensed attorney in New York State and P.R. CHina. He used to work with Baker McKenzie's China Practice Group as a legal consultant, and he has been working as an internationally practicing attorney for over 7 years. Mr. Yan is well-experienced with dozens of global leading companies in 100+ cases, in areas of cross-border M&A, FDI and IP transactions. His client list includes Google, Cisco and Microsoft. Mr. Yan obtained his LL.M. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois, USA. With Mr. Zhanglei Yan joining us, our management and service quality will be highly improved.
