Spring Chang, one of the founding partners of Chang Tsi Partners, delivered a speech about China IP law under invitation in the University of Connecticut  on September 06, 2013.

Spring Chang thoroughly elaborated Chinese IP Law in several aspects, such as the  system, evolution process and its differences from western IP Laws. Spring Chang made a special effort  to introduce the status of China's IP Law and IP enforcement   The professors and students in present showed great interests in Spring's speech.

Spring Chang then gave a brief introduction about Chang Tsi & Partners and working status and prospect of U.S. legal associates in China. She offered welcome to any UC student who wishes to have an intern or working experience with Chang Tsi & Partners.
