Cross-border Commercial Transactions and Supply Chain

• Drafted, reviewed, and provided negotiation support for commercial agreements for multiple globally recognized companies, including NNN/NDA agreements, manufacturing agreements, supply agreements, distribution agreements, and operational agreements.
• Issued legal opinions for a leading global automotive parts company regarding IP ownership in supplier cooperation arrangements, including the delineation and ownership of background technology and jointly developed results.

Corporate Compliance

• Reviewed the PRC law compliance of privacy policies for an international banking group, covering consent mechanisms, processing rules, and user rights response procedures, while aligning the policies with the group’s global compliance framework.
• Conducted advertising compliance reviews for a global restaurant chain in relation to new product naming and promotional language.
• Provided compliance advice for an international consumer technology brand regarding product performance claims, comparative advertising statements, and promotional campaign rules, with a view to mitigating risks relating to false advertising and price fraud.

Commercial Dispute Resolution

• Represented a U.S. company in responding to reputational damage caused by ranking platforms operating across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia. By analyzing the relationships among entities across multiple jurisdictions to identify responsible parties, and pursuing parallel strategies involving cease-and-desist letters and platform complaints, successfully stopped the infringing conduct.
