Representative Cases

• Led the retrial of Chen's case involving the crime of selling counterfeit goods with registered trademarks, which was recognized as one of the "Top Ten Typical Cases of Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property Rights by Chongqing Courts" in 2022.
• Led the case involving a company in Weifang City producing counterfeit turbochargers of a well-known brand, which was selected as one of the annual top ten counterfeit cases in Shandong Province.
• Led the case involving a construction group in Anhui Province selling counterfeit goods of a well-known brand in a large-scale engineering project, assisting the brand owner in obtaining substantial compensation.
• Through commercial negotiations, assisted multiple Fortune 500 companies in combating malicious trademark squatting and hoarding by unscrupulous individuals, helping the brand owner to regain their trademark rights
