Jessie Wu serves as Patent Counsel and as Leader of the Domestic Electronics Group at Chang Tsi & Partners. She brings over 15 years of experience in the field of intellectual property (IP) in China. Her core expertise includes domestic patent applications, rigorous case quality assessment, and effective team leadership and training.
Throughout her career, Jessie has consistently delivered high-quality patent work, overseeing the filing of more than 1,000 new applications annually and reviewing over 700 cases each year. She has provided exceptional IP services to a range of distinguished clients, including Alibaba, Meituan, Xiaomi, Sogou, Qihoo 360, iQIYI, VIVO, Changyou, Innofidei, and other well-known internet companies. She is also recognized as a Certified Agent by both Alibaba and Qihoo 360.
Jessie's experience spans core patent cases, patent mining, and re-examination, with a particular focus on the electronics sector. In addition to her technical expertise, she provides value-added services such as auxiliary reviews, case quality inspections, and the establishment of robust quality management systems—all aimed at ensuring the excellence and integrity of her clients' patent portfolios.
