Founding Partner Spring Chang and Simon Tsi of Chang Tsi & Partners recently attended the 27th Marques Annual Conference 2013. The Conference is held from 17th to 21th September in Monte Carlo, Monaco. This year, the Conference conveys a new theme: "Who is running the show". Spring Chang and Simon Tsi have taken an active role in a series of sessions which provided unexpected perspectives.
