She achieved a notable victory before the Supreme People's Court by overcoming an absolute ground for refusal and overturning the decision in a retrial proceeding. In infringement litigation, she secured a landmark judgment with damages of RMB 10 million awarded in full in a single case. Her practice spans a wide range of industries, with particular strength in AI technology, healthcare and sports events, while also effectively addressing the enforcement needs of clients in entertainment, media, fashion, finance and consumer goods.
Based in Mainland China, Lilian and her team coordinate cross-border intellectual property matters in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Southeast Asia, establishing an integrated enforcement network that transforms IP protection into a strategic driver of business growth.
