Chang Tsi & Partners is delighted to announce the promotion of two lawyers to our partnership.  The new partners are located in our Beijing and Guangzhou offices and will help further strengthen our ability to serve clients across China.

The new partners are:

Sammi Huang is an attorney and client manager in the Beijing office.  Sammi focuses primarily on trademark prosecution and portfolio management, and she counsels clients on overall trademark strategy.  Sammi is highly skilled in administrative review of official refusal and review of opposition proceedings before the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board, and she has handled thousands of trademark searches, oppositions and cancellations.  Sammi can be reached at: sammihuang@changtsi.com
