In April 26, 2012, after careful investigation Chang Tsi & Partners arranged and assisted the staff from Tuanjiehu Industrial and Commercial office in raiding several stores in Ya Show Market in Beijing on behalf of our client, a US- based world-famous luxury brand. During the raid, nearly 100 pieces of counterfeit shoes and bags bearing counterfeit trademarks were seized on the spot. The merchants selling infringing products were also issued a notice of compulsory measures. This raid not only protected the trademark rights of our clients in China, but helped their brand build better public recognition. In addition, it protected the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and effectively warned those merchants selling counterfeit products.
