While participating in a trade show, Volvo identified three companies - Anhui, Jiangsu, and Guangdong - that were infringing on its trademarks and design patents. With the assistance of ChangTsi & Partners, Volvo was able to successfully file notarizations and takedown complaints. However, upon further investigation, it was discovered that the companies were still engaging in infringement outside of the show.

ChangTsi & Partners promptly coordinated with Anhui PSB and conducted a raid action against the Anhui company, resulting in: 

-    Detention of suspects;
-    Seizure of:

• 9 types of grilles in a total of 3871
• 312 fog lamps
• 390 fog lamp frames

-    Find out the source of these products is Jiangsu company.

In order to immediately trace and control the source of these products, Anhui PSB and Chang Tsi & Partners drove overnight to Jiangsu, where they detained suspects and seized 6,138 infringing products at the Jiangsu factory.  

Meanwhile, Guangdong PSB and ChangTsi & Partners conducted a raid action against the Guangdong company in Guangdong Province. This raid action resulted in:

1. Detention of suspects 
2. Seizure of 260 infringing products of Volvo
3. Find out the source of these products is Anhui company.
