As a senior patent attorney and licensed attorney with over 17 years of experience in intellectual property practice, Mr. Lin focuses on life sciences and biopharmaceutical technologies. He specializes in patent prosecution, global patent filing strategies, patent invalidation, patent litigation, as well as a wide range of IP advisory and training services (patent validity analysis, patent infringement risk assessment, freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis, and pharmaceutical patent–related matters).

Mr. Lin holds a Master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering and Pharmaceutical Engineering and has extensive experience advising domestic and international biopharmaceutical companies and research institutions on comprehensive intellectual property strategies.
