  • We conducted in-depth research on the patent protection situation in the field of gene editing in Europe, the United States, Japan, and medium-sized countries, and provided in-depth FTO analysis and recommendations for enterprises to avoid patent infringement risks early on for their research and development.
  • In terms of carrier delivery, the authorization of liposome patents by internationally renowned companies was successfully prevented by submitting public opinions (or third-party opinions), and the applicant did not request a re-examination.
