Matt joined Chang Tsi & Partners in 2012 and currently serves as the Head of the Enforcement and Investigation Team. He has extensive experience in infringement analysis, investigations, evidence collection, and raid actions, including criminal raids.
Matt excels at coordinating both internal and external enforcement resources and has maintained strong relationships with governmental authorities at all levels across the country,including the AMR(Administration for Market Regulation), the PSB(Public Security Bureau) and Customs, His established cooperative ties with these authorities ensure the successful resolution of clients' cases.
