Matt joined Chang Tsi & Partners in 2012 and currently serves as the Deputy Manager of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He has extensive experience in infringement analysis, investigations, evidence collection, and raid actions, including criminal raids.
Matt excels at coordinating both internal and external enforcement resources and has maintained strong relationships with governmental authorities at all levels, including the Market Supervision Administration (MSA), the Public Security Bureau (PSB), and Customs. His established cooperative ties with these authorities ensure the successful resolution of clients' cases.
