His patent expertise covers computer hardware and software, e-commerce, computer networks, communications, automated controls, household appliances, and machinery.

Mr. Meng has handled a large number of patent applications in the areas of electrical and electronic engineering. He has also provided legal services to domestic and international clients in patent documentation drafting, inquiry and search, patent reviews and invalidations, patent infringement analyses, patent administrative proceedings, investigation of patent infringements by administrative authorities, licensing and assignments of patent rights and know-how, and other matters related to intellectual property rights.
