Mr. Kenneth L Ng joined Chang Tsi & Partners as a US-based partner in April 2014. He will be in charge of clients communication and focusing on our service improvment . Kenneth will also be involved in managing of the firm, including internal training and guidance.

Kenneth L Ng has a LL.B degree of University of Hull and a J.D degree of DePaul University College of Law. He is also a licensed attorney in State of Illinois and England & Wales.

Kenneth is an experienced attorney with a diverse resume: Magistrate Judge and Assistant Registrar, in Supreme Court of Singapore; managing attorney at KNG Law; senior attorney at Kohler Co; deputy IP counsel at Illinois Tool Works Inc. He is highly-experienced in the fields of IP Law and Corporate Law.
